When we slow down to look, we begin to really see. Meditative and inspiring, drawing is a simple way to deepen your connection with the world. Each session I will provide guidance in expressive drawing techniques based on photographs nature.
Designed as a somatic resource to help you become comfortable creating your own daily visual art practice. Anchor’s yourself in your body while staying at home. Combining observation, expressive mark making, mindfulness and creative play with natural beauty, this class would deepen any journal practice or is a great stand alone.
includes 4- 40 minute on line sessions with a demonstration, group discussion and visual prompts
and 1 individual 20 minute online meeting with me
